By using BlueStormAI services, you accept these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

BlueStormAI provides development and implementation services for AI agents that automate customer support, sales, and internal business processes. Our services include:

• Development of custom AI agents
• Integration with existing systems
• Maintenance and optimization of AI systems
• Technical support and consulting

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. It is prohibited to:

• Use the services for any unlawful activities
• Attempt to access systems without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our systems
• Use the services to send spam or malicious content
• Violate intellectual property rights

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials we provide are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Ownership of custom AI agents developed for you is transferred according to the terms agreed in the individual project agreement.

5. Code Ownership

Under our standard business model, after project completion and full payment, you receive full ownership of the source code for your AI implementation. This includes the right to modify, distribute, and use the code without restrictions.

6. Payment and Pricing

Prices for our services are defined in individual offers or agreements. Payment is made according to the agreed terms. We reserve the right to change prices with prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

BlueStormAI is not responsible for:

• Indirect, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or business opportunities
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside our control
• Actions of third parties

8. Warranties

We strive to provide services of the highest quality, but we do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. AI systems are provided "as is" with reasonable performance expectations defined in the project documentation.

9. Confidentiality

We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all business information you entrust to us during our collaboration. We expect the same level of confidentiality from our clients.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the collaboration with written notice according to the terms defined in the individual agreement. In the event of termination, payment obligations for services already provided remain in effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms of service. We will notify you of significant changes through our website or directly.

12. Governing Law

These terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. The court in Zagreb has jurisdiction for all disputes.
